For the local Las Vegas valley, we sell and service printers, copiers, and fax machines of all makes and models. Most of our work is on digital laser machines. Personal or small business inkjet printers and fax machines are not typically cost effective for the customer to have repaired, though we will clean the machine inside and out to help it function.

If you want to buy equipment from us, you won't talk to a saleperson first. If you are interested in purchasing office equipment from us, we will put you on the phone with a technician who can best advise you on the potential of the machine from a maintenance standpoint.
This only makes sense to us. Far too many people, had they talked to a technician, would have bought a better piece of equipment rather than the one that may have brought the highest commission. Technicians get paid to fix machines, not sell them. Our technicians will give the the scoop on what machines they have the least problems with and why.

By the way, our hourly rates are very competitive. We don't set our prices by other company's standards (if they purchase from the company and walk out in tears because of the cost, the price is right!).
